HOW TO SEND US YOUR SHOES
To send us your shoes, you have 3 options:
A. Drop them off directly at our workshop
B. Deliver them to a Collection Point
C. Ship them via courier
A. Drop-Off at Our Workshop
You can bring your shoes directly to our workshop during our public opening hours:
Tuesday and Thursday: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Wednesday and Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM / 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
B. Drop-Off at a Collection Point
If you prefer, you can drop off your shoes at one of Giga Resoling’s partner Collection Points. We’ll handle the pickup and return directly to the selected location.

C. Shipping via Courier
To ship your shoes to our workshop, download and fill out the shipping form and send it to giga.resoling@gmail.com.

Pickup by our courier
We can arrange for the package to be picked up directly from your home. To activate this service, make sure to request it clearly in the completed shipping form.
📌 Important: We cannot process packages that arrive without the shipping form. Please make sure to send it to us before shipping.
💰 Shipping costs:

Outbound shipping is at the sender’s expense.

Return shipping is free for orders of 7 pairs or more.

Standard shipping within Italy costs €9, or €11 for the islands.
